Orders with selected expedited Next Day and 2Day shipping options must be placed before 09:30am CST in order to be shipped same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped next business day.
All standard orders placed before 09:30am CST will typically leave our facility via UPS, or USPS, within 1-3 business days. Transit times depend on your location and can vary from 1-2 business days to 5-6 business days. Transit times increase during the holidays. All orders are shipped from our distribution facility in Robinson, TX.
All rods are charged a flat $10 shipping fee for UPS ground. UPS 2-day and overnight are available at the carriers fee. Please note that fishing rods are not included in the $6 2Day shipping promotion.
UPS Express (Next Day and 2Day) does not ship to PO boxes.
We will do our best to accommodate the customer on changes and adjustments to an order, however we cannot guarantee this will happen. We strive to get orders out as quick as possible and once your order has been processed, it is final.
During check-out, the shipping window provided next to the selected postal service only applies once the postal service has scanned your order at our facility. It does not include the time it takes Throw it again tackle to process and fulfill your order.
For all orders, if your tracking shows delivered and you have not received your package, please allow one more business day. If it still has not arrived after one business day, please contact the carrier for additional tracking information.
For all international orders, please note that Throw it again tackle is not responsible for taxes, duties, and fees associated with local customs. Please factor these costs separately when placing your order.
All returns are handled through our web portal (this excludes fishing rods - please visit this page for returning rods).

As applicable, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please note that all returns (excluding rods) are subject to a $5 restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund. Fishing rods are subject to a $25 restocking charge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This typically will take 2 to 3 business days.
